Journey so far….
In my current position I carry out application engineering activities related to Mechanical Engineering. After joining the organization, I cleared “AE1 and AE2” (Application Engineering 1 & 2) examination with 85%, thus getting certified as Application Engineer in MDC (Modernization Designing Center) Department. I work out non-pre-engineered (NPE) solutions, work on live projects, coordinate with SCM (Supply Chain Management) for material cost and lead times, prepare layouts and BOM (Bill of Material) and carry out design calculations in LBLB (Lift Builder and Lift Calculator).
What is your message to the current students?
Message: My message to the current students is to explore the different career opportunities available after graduation. Identify the opportunities and start working on it parallel from second/third year of the course. Get in touch with the seniors, what they are doing; how they did it, you can get a better roadmap.
