Areas of Interest: Municipal Waste Management, Geo-environmental Engineering and Construction Material Studies.

Journey so far….
My 4 years of DBCE journey motivated me to go for higher studies. I joined SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai for Masters in Technology (M.Tech) in Geotechnical Engineering in 2018. I completed my 2 years of Post-graduation in 2020 with CGPA of 9.45.
I am currently working as Project Associate in Openwater.in Private Limited, Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore.
Please describe what you do in your current position.
- Convert solid/semi-solid sludge to useful construction material.
- Handle the administration task.y
- Support PI in writing applications for grant agencies, submit timely reports, prepare presentations and maintaining the IP portfolio.
What is your message to the current students?
Message: Being a good student is less about the ability to rote and more about the desire to learn. All you have to do is have an aim and work on everything that takes to get a lift-off. Your preparation, efforts, hard work and determination decides your success, nothing else.
