Journey so far…
Smriti Rathore graduated from Don Bosco College of Engineering, Fatorda in 2015. She began her career as a PMO at Sakon, a Telecom Expense Management company, and has since built a strong foundation in the field of project management. A PRINCE2-certified professional, Smriti has worked with several globally recognized organizations including Accenture and ValueLabs.
She is currently associated with Coforge, working as a Scrum Master cum PMO Lead for bp (British Petroleum). In her current role, she was specifically brought on board to lead the transition of the entire project to Agile methodology. Smriti single-handedly manages multiple projects, effectively balancing strategic planning with day-to-day delivery. Her role has allowed her to collaborate with global teams and gain hands-on experience with a variety of technologies in the IT industry, significantly contributing to her professional growth and global outlook.
Message to Future Alumni :
Looking back, Don Bosco wasn’t just the place where I earned my degree—it’s where I discovered my potential. The friendships, the lessons (both inside and outside the classroom), and the little everyday moments shaped who I am today. Life after college can feel overwhelming at times, but trust that you’re more capable than you think. Be open to new experiences, stay grounded in your values, and never stop learning. You’ll grow in ways you never imagined.
